Our products will be shipped to the destination address you have selected in the order form. Different delivery options are offered taking into account your comfort and needs. During the order, you can choose the type and way of delivery you wish. Whenever you order, you will receive automatically the tracking number via email. This way you will keep informed about the location of your order via our transport provider webpage: www.correosexpress.com.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

STANDARD DELIVERY

Economic service for less urgent deliveries, with good transit times and European cover. Check Destination Country and delivery times here.

For all shipments within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) will be delivered in 24 hours. Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Andorra and Gibraltar in 48 hours. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the transit will be 2-3 business days.

Delivery time will depend on the country of destination and possible delays that might arise, especially in customs areas.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

In European Union countries with the option of Standard delivery, FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders over 80.00 Euros.

In countries which offer both delivery options, FREE SHIPPING will be only applied for Standard deliveries. Customers will have at their disposal Express delivery option with its corresponding cost, that will be clearly displayed in the final step of the purchase, depending on the delivery option and the country of destination.

In case of orders under 80.00 Euros, shipping costs are not included, regardless of the selected delivery option. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the final step of the purchase, depending on the delivery option and the country of destination.

Independently of the delivery option and the shipping costs, in countries outside the EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and those locations with special custom fees, any import taxes and duties must be paid by the customer.

Important considerations about deliveries

  • Once the order is completed, you cannot modify the delivery option or the address delivery because of transport restrictions.
  • To guarantee maximum privacy, the sender will be LF, SLU. The purchase will be delivered in an anonymous brown box, without any reference to the inside. There are NO markings or logos from our company on the back or sides of your parcel. The only markings will be your address label and your tracking code. There is no reference to erotic products. There is NO reference to the inside of the product. The delivery is completely discreet.
  • We do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays. Purchases ordered at weekends or bank holidays will be considered for Monday or the first working day that follows.
  • Orders received from 13.00 p.m will be considered as received the following day in terms of delivery date.
  • To confirm that your orders will be delivered in due time, please check that your address details and telephone number are correct. In case of providing wrong or incomplete data, the delivery date will be understood as the point in which you provide the correct details.
  • The customer agrees to provide an address to receive the order in the usual schedule of transport delivery. In case of non-fulfilment of this obligation, Lingox Factory SLU will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order purchased by the client.

The main reasons for not being able to deliver the items in a specific country often are: logistical difficulties, or the customs limitations for such products in that country.

RETURNS

www.lingoxfactory.com confirms that all the articles sold via this webpage fulfill the requisites and standards of quality.

For hygiene reasons in intimae products and erotic toys, refunds will only be allowed if products are in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and without previous use.

You will have 14 calendar days in which to return the items from the date of reception of your order.

  • All the items must be in returned in its original packaging and sealed labels.
  • Items must keep intact its original seal.
  • Clothes must always be tried on other clothes and never directly on the body.
  • For hygiene reasons, we will not accept refunds items that do not strictly fulfill these norms.

To return an item, you should contact our Customer Service via an email to info@linfoxfactory.com, or filling in our web contact form. We will find the best and fastest solution to your problem.

The delivery costs for returned items will vary depending on the concept. In any case, we differentiate between products with manufacturing defects and products that are not pleasing to the customer. Different refund policies will be applied after studying each case.
